- So you remember in a previous video I introduced you to the living resume. It was the tool you could use to help get recruiter's attention when you didn't have the exact experience for the job. Well, now I want to give you another amazing tool that can help you. It's called the interview bucket list. The idea is simple. You're going to go out and find 10 or 20 companies that you would love to work for. And you're going to use those two questions from the connection story. First, you're going to ask yourself, "What is it about this company that's different and special?" And second, you're going to say, "How do I know that they're different and special?" You're going to use that and put that connection story together so that you can start to reach out to these organizations before they have any jobs posted that you're interested in.
