- In a 2021 study of over 2,000 hybrid workers, Dimensional Research uncovered that 90% of those surveyed said that better use of the collaboration features in video meetings would greatly improve those meetings. We are not leveraging the meeting platforms we already have to the fullest extent. And I'd love to challenge you to think through how your team can maximize the tool that you're already using. Meeting platforms are the most overlooked and poorly used mode of collaboration within hybrid teams. And that matters because inclusion is the currency that will most impact our hybrid team's ability to collaborate effectively. The way we use our collaboration tools should give everyone a voice, and I mean even the quiet ones.
