To those of you who have been watching all or part of this series of videos, I would just like to thank you for joining me on a journey through the essentials of how to create and sustain a high performing team. I hope you found it both interesting and useful, and you will get an opportunity to apply some of the insights I've shared within your own work. High performing teams are challenging to create and even more difficult to sustain. You may feel as though your job is never complete and you are probably right. There will always be something which requires attention. Now remember, if you want to maintain a strong and high performing team, then you need to focus on the three elements of my high performing team model: Empower your people, define your processes, and create a supportive culture.
