- [Instructor] To send and receive email messages, you can use the mail application that comes with MacOS. I'm starting this video assuming that you have your email accounts already linked to your computer, which is something we covered in another video. So I'll go to the doc and launch the mail application there, and we'll start with the sidebar on the left where I can jump between my inbox, my sent mail, and other folders. But in my case, I have two email accounts linked to my computer. I can click the arrow next to where it says all inboxes to show and hide my separate inboxes. I have linked my iCloud account and my Google account so I could select just one of those inboxes to see only the messages for that account, or I can select all inboxes to see all of my messages combined from both accounts.
