- [Instructor] At some point, your computer may be lost or something may get damaged, and you may lose any files that you had stored on your computer storage drive. So I strongly recommend you set up a system to back up your files. A backup is when you have two or more copies of something. If something happens to one of the copies, you have another copy for safety. There are different ways to ensure that your files and data are safely backed up. In this course, we introduced iCloud, and you can learn more about iCloud in the iCloud Essential Training course. On my computer, I can go to System Settings, and since I am signed into my Apple account, I can click my name up at the top, then click on iCloud settings.
