(upbeat music) - [Instructor] Your objective for this chapter's part of the challenge is to apply PCA, principal component analysis, to either your existing monthly data set or another data set that you think would be interesting to apply PCA modeling to. You can perform your PCA analysis either in Excel or R. A hint for this chapter's challenge is that it would be interesting to use an initial scatter plot with a high degree of correlation like minimum temperature, TMIN, versus the maximum temperature, TMAX, for a particular city. Feel free to filter or aggregate the data on a daily, monthly or yearly basis.
