- [Instructor] Understanding the context of your change work can be almost as hard as the change work itself. In Lucidchart, you get this clarity by starting simple. Just the blank sheet, and then I'm going to put the topic of your project or product right in the middle. I'm just going to use the basic shapes here on the left. So I click on the circle, and I drag to the middle, and I start with what my current challenge or project is right now. And so my team is talking about Employee engagement. Now our topic is front and center, literally. And I ask people, "What does that mean when I hear Employee engagement?" And someone tells me productivity, so let's add that. Again, just another circle, and then type Productivity. And someone says that people don't quit their jobs. So I'll rephrase that to the topic of Retainment with another context element. Again, holding the Option or Alt key, you can quickly duplicate a prior shape.…
