- [Instructor] I love using process models to help me answer more than just the five why's. But in truly digging in to understand the root causes of tough challenges. I'm going to start on a blank Lucidchart page and simply ask what happens when our favorite app isn't working. So I'll use a Terminator just to show the start and put the question in there, or the current challenge. And again, I'll be doing this with my stakeholders. So I ask them, what do they do? They first tell me, make sure you can access it. So there's no power issue. And so I add in, check power. Then the outcome of that is that there is a power issue. And so we'll put in a decision diamond here as that's that directional guide, you can refer to it. What I mean by this? With this decision diamond here, it shows me the outcomes and where our process will go to the next step. So if I click on it, the first arrow is always going to be yes. If it is a…
