- [Instructor] The power of lessons learned comes not from the ideas but what you do with the ideas. So on our blank Lucidchart page, I make sure on have the sticky notes open. These are the favorite to brainstorm feedback with the team. So put a title, just a text box, to focus the team on what we're talking about. In this case, we're talking about our digital modernization project, where we went from paper to all online, and I'm going to keep it a little structured on this page, with headings for the I like, I wish and how would you? Now, I'll share this with my team by clicking on Share, and I'll go to the link and turn on Shareable link, and then I can copy the link, and I'll paste it in my team's chat. That way, my team members can come in here anytime and start adding their good ideas. Now, this is great 'cause I could send that link ahead of time to have people start.
