He is our subject matter expert. and so we're talking about RAID, that's to kill some bugs, right, or? - That is one type of RAID, but in this episode, we're going to be learning about redundant storage and how Linux can do software RAID. We'll see how that works, we'll learn about some of the different RAID levels that we can use, and we'll see how to build a RAID array from the command line to create redundant storage for really just about any Linux distro. - So why would I use the Linux software RAID versus the hardware version? - The short answer to that is you wouldn't, right?
