Using Chord tracks
- [Instructor] Chord tracks are a cool way to map out the chord progression of your song, or introduce new chords to your vision. In addition, chord tracks can drive your session bass, and key players, notes, chord choices and parts. So here in this project, we can see that we have chords up on the top of our timeline, but when I click in there, I can't really access them. So the way to get into accessing and editing chords in a song is to make sure you see it in the global tracks. So to do that, we're going to go up to Track, Global Tracks, and let's make sure we show our chord track. And for some reason, that didn't stick, so let me try it one more time. Global tracks, show chord track. Okay, there it is. So now we have a whole track dedicated to our chords, and we can even make it a little bit bigger so we can see it for this movie. So when I click here, we can see there is a chord sequence already established. The root key is C, and we've got some other chords that go for the next…
