Remote Desktop using Team Viewer
- [Instructor] TeamViewer is a very popular commercial, cross-platform remote desktop solution. It is free to use for simple remote desktops like what we've been doing. We will install it on both of our VMs, and use fedora1 to control rhhost1. Log in to rhhost1 first and open a terminal. You'll need to install the EPEL third party software repository if you don't have it already. It doesn't hurt to do it more than once. Type in sudo dnf install -y epel-release, and hit Enter. Now we need to get the TeamViewer installation package. Included with the installation package is a Yum repository file, so in the future we can update to newer versions of TeamViewer the same way we would with any other Linux package. First, we need to install the public key file for the TeamViewer package.
