Create a new VM

- [Instructor] Before we can install Fedora Linux in a virtual machine, we need to make one. Make sure the VirtualBox GUI is running on your host, and then click on the New icon. If you don't see a New icon, then click on the Tools bar first. Name your VM "Fedora1." Change the type to Linux, and change the version to "Fedora (64-bit)," if it's not already set. These settings just change the preset defaults in the rest of the configuration wizard, so don't worry too much about them. Click on Next. Although Fedora Linux will run with less than one gigabyte of system memory, the desktop runs much smoother with 1.5 to 2 gigabytes, so let's change the value in the field to 2048. And then click on Next. Now we need to create a virtual hard drive.
