- [Narrator] Stand out and show recruiters you're highly interested by marking the role you're applying to as your top choice. This feature is only available through job postings with easy apply applications, and you'll see a notification near the top letting you know that the posting is eligible to be marked as a top choice. Start by applying for the job by clicking Easy Apply, enter your contact info. In this next step, we need to upload a resume. And once you reach this screen, you'll see this option to mark this job as a top choice. Checking this box lets you include a message to the employer explaining why this job is your top choice, which can give you advantage over other applicants and make your job search more efficient. As a premium subscriber, you can mark up to three jobs per month as top choices. Once you've completed your information here, you can submit the application. The recruiter or hiring manager will see that you've marked this job as a top choice and have a chance to read your brief message.
