- [Instructor] When searching for recruiters or hiring managers, you can save time by filtering your people search through the premium Actively hiring filter. This filter identifies people both inside and outside your network who are open to hire and may be more likely to respond to your inquiries or application. To try this feature, start your search by typing in the name or job title you're looking for. Then refine your search by selecting the People filter. And then you'll see additional People search filters that are available to you. Select the premium Actively hiring filter, and specify the job title that you're interested in. Click Show results, and you'll see people inside and outside your network who have shared that they're hiring for this role. To see additional results, try changing the job title or use the additional filters to further narrow down your results.
