Duplicate and invert masks
In this video, I want to just take a few moments to show some of the other options that we have in our three dot flyout menu for our masking section. So we created this Ice Queen mask. We're very happy with it. We took the time to really adjust it and fine tune it and make it perfect. So now that we've done that, wouldn't it be cool if we could create an inverse mask of everything but the subject? Right. That's something that we can currently do in Lightroom Classic. It's called select background, but we don't have that option yet in Lightroom Mobile, even though I expect it to be rolled out very soon. Select background should be one of the new AI selection methods that come out sometime in the near future. But what we can do in the meantime is we can take our Ice Queen mask, we can go ahead and tap on the three dots to the right of our parent mask and we can choose to duplicate and invert this mask. So if I tap on that once, what's going to happen is it's going to create a Ice Queen…
