Your resumé might get you hired but your reputation is what keeps you in the role. In data roles, trust is not just about getting things right. It's about showing up consistently, communicating clearly, and following through. That’s what makes people come back to you project after project. Here's the mindset shift. Stop thinking in terms of tasks and start thinking in terms of reliability. That means when you say, “I'll check and get back to you,” you actually do that. When results change, you flag it.
