Managing Active Directory using Windows Admin Center
- [Instructor] I'm logged into our domain controller called DC one and normally, we manage active directory by going to the tools menu and one of these active directory options such as active directory users and computers. And here's a list of all of our organizational units, computers and users, all easily managed from this interface. However, in order to get to this point, we have to do one of several things. Either physically log onto the computer, log in through remote desktop or install the remote server administration tools on our client. However, with Windows admin center, we can now do this from the web interface and do this from any computer and from any location. Logged into my Windows admin center, I'll click on DC One. By default as we scroll through all the different roles and features, we don't see anything here for active directory. So what I need to do is to click on this gear at the top where it says…
