- [Instructor] When something needs to get done, it helps to divide the work into a series of tasks. First, you do this, then you do that, and finally you do the other thing. When we previously looked at tasks, you saw that multiple groups could be involved in the fulfillment of a single item. Now let's go in depth for an order that requires many tasks from multiple groups. Here we're going to follow the creation and fulfillment of service catalog tasks that define a requested item. That is a user makes a request, which generates tasks that you and others complete to fulfill that request. It will give us the opportunity to see how several people collectively complete a user's request, each doing their part. Let's start with our user, Sofia Taylor. She wants to order an iPad.
