Record picking for a delivery: VL02N
- [Instructor] Picking in SAP is the process of taking goods from a storage location and preparing the right quantity of the material in a staging area so the goods are ready to ship. We're now going to record picking for delivery in the outbound delivery document. To update the delivery document, we'll use transaction code VL02N. This brings us to our Change Outbound Delivery screen. We need to enter the delivery document number that we'd like to edit. In our case, it's 80000004, and we'll press Continue. Now, we'll click the Picking tab. We can see that the overall pick status of this order is set to A. This order has not yet been picked. In our line item, we can now update the pick quantity to 50 and we'll press Enter. We can now see that our overall pick status has changed from not yet picked to status C, which is fully picked. Now we can save the updates we've made to our outbound delivery. We're sent back to…
