Create a sales quotation in SAP: VA21
- [Instructor] Unlike inquiries, quotations are legally binding sales documents. Let's create a sales quotation in SAP. We'll enter transaction code va21. In the Create Quotations initial screen, we have to enter the Quotation Type. We'll click our Match Code button, and we'll choose QT for a standard quotation. If there was another sales document in the system that we wanted to reference, like an inquiry, we could do that by pressing the Create with Reference button. We're going to create this sales quotation from scratch, so we'll press Continue. The first field we'll enter on our Create Quotation: Overview screen is the Sold-To Party. We'll enter 17100002. Now we'll press Enter. Our Ship-To Party is auto-populated with the same business partner as our Sold-To, Iron City Parts. But we could change this field if there was a different Ship-To Party set up for this customer. Next, we'll move to the Customer…
