- [Instructor] The best way to test out your application is to always use it directly on a device. However, when you don't have access to a specific device, you can set up an Android Virtual Device in a Windows environment. In this lesson, I'm going to show you how to install Android Studio and set up an Android Virtual Device on Windows. So let's go ahead and open the browser and do a Google search for Android Studio. The first link that you see is the link to download the Android Studio and SDK tools. When you navigate to this page, it'll check your current operating system and provide a download link for that operating system. I'm going to go ahead and click download Android Studio and I will agree to the terms and conditions. So here, our download is complete.
