- [Instructor] You can share a link to your presentation so that others can either edit or view the presentation, and there's a few different ways that you can do this, it depends on where you're working. So right here from this PowerPoint presentation, you'll notice in the upper-right corner, we have this share button. Now the dropdown arrow indicates that there's a menu of choices. Let's go ahead and select that, and then we're going to select share. Now notice here at the top that it says anyone with the link can edit. This is the default setting your organization of course may have changed the default setting for this, and we're going to take a look at that first. So start here and check the settings for how the link is going to work before you send it out. So who will this link work for? Anyone with the link.
