Share and collaborate with others

- Okay, so in the previous movie, we looked at how to save your presentation online to OneDrive which is necessary if you want to be able to use the built in tools here to share it with others. I'm going to click the share button up here again and let's take a look at some of these options. So the two main options here are to email a link to the file to others or to copy the link so you can paste it into an email or some other messaging system here yourself. To email the link through PowerPoint, just enter the email addresses of the recipients here in the to field, type of short message and you can click send. Or you can just click copy to copy the link to your clipboard so you can paste it elsewhere. If you want to be able to share your presentation with someone, but you only want them to be able to view it but not edit it, you'll want to create a view only link.
