- [Instructor] Another way to share your presentation with others is to save it to the cloud so it can be downloaded by anyone you share a link with. You can also save your presentations to the cloud so you'll be able to get to them at any time from any computer. This can really come in handy if you need to give your presentation, but you're having trouble with your own computer and need to borrow someone else's with PowerPoint, or if you just want to make sure you have a copy backed up online. Having a copy online is also a requirement if you want to use PowerPoint to manage your file sharing. Notice when I come up here to the upper right and click Share, I see this message telling me to please upload my presentation in order to share it.
