- [Instructor] In this last chapter, I want to cover some of the options you have to share and export your presentations from PowerPoint, which you might want to do if you need to share it with someone who doesn't have PowerPoint installed on their computer, or if you want to offer your slides as a printed or PDF handout after your presentation. I already touched on printing handouts earlier when we looked at using headers and footers and working with notes, and we saw some of the options that are available when you go to File, Print. For example, from this menu here, we can choose to print a notes page, or we can choose to print handouts so we can see the headers and footers on our slides. But PowerPoint also has built-in options to export your presentation as a PDF. If we go to Save As, from this menu here, I can choose to save this document as a PDF.
