- [Instructor] You'll know when a message contains an attachment because in the message summary there'll be a paperclip icon. You can see the attachments at the top of the screen above the message body. If there's multiple attachments you can act on each one separately or together. You can always just double click on an attachment and it's going to open up or you can click the black triangle to the right of the attachment. From here, you can preview it which is going to open up in a much more quick window. However, it might not look entirely accurate or give you all the functionality. You can print it. You can also save it to your computer in addition to saving it to your computer. You could also instead choose, save all attachments, and save all of them at the same time. If instead of saving them to your computer you'd rather save them in the cloud, you can choose upload. Because I've signed in to my Microsoft 365…
