- [Instructor] Now let's talk about Freak. Freak is sort of a clever name for this module that is going to give us a lot of interesting modulation options. It's loosely based on like a ring modulator, a frequency shift that kind of thing. I just think it's a great name. I mean, I have to say that. Those of you who watch a lot of my stuff know. I don't say that often. I think it's a really good name, love the design. That's not important though, when you're pressing a record or uploading it as it were. But let's take a lesson, basically, we have a matrix here of different modulation capabilities in ring, Freak and amp mode, in the middle here, this is oscillator mode. We have an oscillator that's essentially going to modulate the amplitude of our signal in a couple of different ways.
