Undo, Redo, and Delete

- After drawing basic elements in a model, there may be a reason you need to permanently remove them from the design. Whether they are drawn incorrectly, older data or just not needed, that data should be removed from the file. The delete tool is used to remove the drawing element from a model. Occasionally, you may want to delete the delete or undo that data removal. Any command in MicroStation such as place smart-line, place block, place circle, or any of the drawing commands can be reversed with an undo. MicroStation also allows for the reversal undo itself using the redo command. In this lesson, you will delete an element, Undo, Redo and also learn about element selection. Continuing in MicroStationBasics.dgn, in the precision input with accurate draw model, select Delete Element from the Home tab located in the Modify Ribbon group.
