- [Instructor] Microsoft Fabric is organized into seven core workloads. Workloads are like toolkits with each of the workloads designed to support a specific role within data analytics, like data scientist, data engineer, developer, business analyst, or business user. As a result of this method of organization, most of us will only use a few or perhaps even only one of the workloads that are relevant to our work. Our goal in the course is to describe fabric the workloads and components, and demonstrate some of the workloads so you get a feel for how you or your organization might benefit from Fabric, and you are more than welcome to work along with us. The Fabric workloads in a loose order of the order in which one might use them, are Data Factory which is used to create connections to both cloud and on-premises data sources and combine, cleanse and prepare data.
