Create and manage a contact
- [Instructor] Every great business deal starts with people. That's why contacts in Dynamics 365 are so important. Contacts help you keep track of key stakeholders, decision makers, and business connections so you can always know who is who, what they need, and how to win them over. Let's learn how to create, maintain, and organize our contact records so you can build stronger relationships and close more deals. To view your contacts, click the Contacts link on the navigation bar. The default view is the My Active Contacts view. There may be additional contacts that other people own. Let's go ahead and create a new one. Click the New button on the toolbar. Our contact information is on the left-hand side. As we build this relationship, we'll start to see more information in the timeline and also potentially who knows whom and the assistant.
