What's new in the current version of Configuration Manager

- [Narrator] What's new with Microsoft Configuration Manager? Well, first there's co-management. Co-management is one of the main ways that we attach our existing Configuration Manager deployment into the Microsoft 365 Cloud, and it enables us to concurrently manage Windows devices by using both Configuration Manager as well as Intune. We also have Desktop Analytics, which is a cloud-based service, and it can integrate with Configuration Manager. The service provides insights and intelligence for you to make better choices about the update readiness of your Windows clients. Then there's cloud-attached management, and this uses features like the Cloud Management Gateway and Microsoft Entra ID to manage internet-based clients. Real-time management, we can use CM Pivot to immediately query online devices, and then we can filter and group the data for deeper insights.
