- [Instructor] If your access account was created for you, log in with the credentials provided by your Jira administrator. Sometimes users create their own accounts. In that case, check your email for an invitation with instructions. Your username may be a combination of your first and last name, or it might be your email address. If your Jira application is connected to your company network, you'll be able to use the same username and password for your computer or other internal applications. Ask your Jira administrator for specifics. You'll also see a link to help you recover your password. Click the link shown and enter a username, then check your email for further instructions.
