Using key views
The first page you see when you log in to Jira is configurable. To manage your default view, click your avatar icon in the top right and select "Personal Settings." Then select either your work, projects directory, or dashboards from the your Jira home page setting. Don't forget to save your changes using the form submission button. Some Jira pages have a save button at the bottom and some don't. I always scroll down to check. Click on the logo in the top left to see the home page you selected. Let's take a quick look at the options. Here's the view if you selected the Your work home page option. This page automatically shows the Jira projects and issues you recently interacted with. Use the information in the recent project section to jump to your own issues and boards in that project. Below the project list, use the Worked on, Viewed, Assigned to me, and Starred tabs to see issues and favorite filters, queues, boards, and dashboards.
