Identifying project leads

A Jira project may have multiple administrators, but there's only one owner or lead. A lead is a project single point of contact. This person is often responsible for project strategy decisions. The lead may also be a project administrator. Sometimes the lead is also the default assignee. How to view a project's lead differs by project type. For Work Management projects, click the "Summary" option in the top nav, then click "Project details." Contact this person for questions about the project and its use. For Software projects, there's a Summary page, but there's no direct link to it. Use the URL format shown to access this page. The project lead is shown on the right. While we're on the Summary page, I'd like to point out some additional features. By default, a project's recent activity is shown.
