Let's talk about your personal profile settings. To access them, click your avatar icon at the top right of any Jira screen and click the profile option. This is a sample profile summary page. Click on your avatar to select a different image or upload your own. You can also upload a header image to further customize your profile. On the left, are details about your job, department, and location. On the right, is a list of issues and areas you worked last. If you click the "Manage account" button, you'll leave Jira and visit id.atlassian.com. From that website, you can access your overall Atlassian account settings. Go there to change your time zone and default language, for example. To manage Jira specific settings, click your avatar icon at the top right and choose "Personal settings." Use this page to change your personal options, like whether to automatically watch issues, your default home page, and controlling how much email you receive from Jira.
