- One big benefit of storing files in Dropbox is that, they're easily accessible with mobile devices. You can do this by accessing dropbox.com through a mobile browser, but this isn't a great experience and doesn't provide much functionality. You're a lot better off getting the Dropbox app for your device. You could search for the Dropbox app on the app store for your device, but the easiest way to find the correct app is to visit dropbox.com/go in a browser. Once there, follow the on-screen instructions to download and install the app. There are specific versions of the Dropbox app for iPad, iPhone, Android, and Kindle Fire devices. You'll want to install the app on any device that you want to use to access your Dropbox files.
