- [Instructor] The activity feed widget in D2L is a homepage feature that allows you to easily direct students to new content and allows students to interact with both you and one another. To add content, just select the plus symbol or click in the create a post field. From here, you can either post messages to the class or entire assignments. For messages, just add your text and then attach any files, existing activities, web links, or documents from Google Drive or OneDrive, and even any web videos you'd like to use. Since we're including a link, I'll add that now. There's our information. So I'll hit insert and it's now a part of the post. If you're working ahead of the curve, you can even schedule posts to post later, which is something I've taken advantage of many times. When you're satisfied, just hit post.
