- We've reached the end of the course. Congratulations. You learned a lot, like how to get to all the components that make up your GIS, the projects, the maps, the layers, and how to use their properties and methods to manipulate and manage data. But there's so much more to scripting in our GIS Pro. So if you want to continue on, here are a few suggestions. First, as we talked about, read the help documentation and look for samples online. You can also rely on the community of developers like yourself at developers.arcgis.com. Also, you can learn more about Python itself, but the best way I found to get the most out of it is to just start doing it. Find some of your own data and write a script. It's less work than you think.
