Design a dynamic animation with a single shape
Now I'll complete this animation using this one shape layer. Normally this would be a process of trial and error, but I'm going to do it in a straightforward way. To start, let's create a work area. I'll use the shortcut B for the beginning and N for the end of that. Now if I press the 0 key on my numeric keypad, I get the section we're working on. First thing we'll do is make the ellipse blink. And that's going to start right where the wave touches it, right there. So on the previous frame, I'll set Opacity. And then I'm going to move ahead 4 frames, 1, 2, 3, 4, with the Page Down key. And set it to 0. You might think blinks are automatic, but we're going to do it manually. Copy those keyframes, move forward 1 frame. Paste, go down past that next keyframe, paste again. and then go down past that one and just set it back to 100. Preview that. Boop, boop, boop, okay. Now each one is gonna scale down. So let's set scale right here and toggle that to a hold key frame. On the very next…
