- The power behind your LDMS comes from making daily performance visible to everyone: what's working well and what needs attention across all critical areas of your operation. At the heart of visual management is the use of performance boards, which track the essential metrics you need to keep an eye on. These boards use some simple visual tools. Charts that show trends over time, or graphs that show targets compared to actual performance. Color coding, like red for problems and green for all good to make it super easy to spot issues. Templates for tracking open actions and improvement ideas from your team. Such graphic elements translate cold data into a story that drives actionable steps.
