- You care about your family member's wellbeing, their health and wellness, right? Of course. Leading with love means caring about your work family in a similar manner. Problem is it's not apparent to employees their managers actually care about their wellbeing. A global study showed only 42% of senior leadership is seen as being supportive of policies that promote employee wellbeing. Go beyond supporting wellbeing policies to foster swell-being. This is showing employees you care about their wellbeing in a way that swells their sense of self-worth and feeling cared for, helping them to soar. I'm not saying be intrusive. Physical health and wellness are a personal issue for people. The idea is to show you care about their wellbeing in four specific, not intrusive, ways. First, inquire about others' wellbeing.
