- Building a customer-centric culture is a never ending journey. It takes hard work, dedication, and a strong commitment. You can achieve some quick wins by implementing the ideas I shared in this course, but you need to stick with it over time. The most customer-centric companies never lose focus. They make service culture a priority day after day, month after month and year after year. One thing you can do is to make sure you've implemented all the concepts in this course.
