- You've probably been there, a sudden restructuring or a new way of working gets announced, and you find yourself rolling your eyes, dragging your feet, and thinking this will never work. The challenge is this, when you, as a senior leader, resist change, you set the tone for everyone around you. Your skepticism on negativity, whether spoken or implied, shapes how others respond.
