Two Trees Chief Marketing Officer, Nicole Katz, reviewed her social media and website data. She learned that lots of people visited Two Trees Olive Oil Facebook and Instagram pages, clicked through to the website, and signed up for the email newsletter. However, not many qualified leads, meaning those who signed up to receive the email newsletter, converted to customers. That's a major lost opportunity. Nicole was determined to understand why this was happening and how to fix the problem. She asked her marketing and research teams to assess in-market performance of their emails.
