- Broadly speaking, interviews across MAANG companies fit in four buckets. First, there are standard interview questions asked across all roles in MAANG companies consisting of resume, company and product knowledge, behavioral, and motivation questions. The other buckets include problem-solving, technical, and role-related knowledge questions. In this course, we'll focus on unpacking the first bucket. These questions typically make up 35 to 70% of every MAANG interview, depending on what role you're applying to. These questions are also relevant across geographies and seniority. You'll get them, whether you're interviewing in the Americas, or Europe as a senior, or junior hire. They're designed for interviewers to dissect your background, motivations for applying, and how you might behave in future workplace scenarios.
