- [Instructor] One of the things we'll want to do as we start testing is to keep a record of our testing notes. We'll also want to maintain a knowledge base of tools and techniques we can use in our testing. A good tool to use for this is Cherry Tree, which we've added to the favorites area on the top ribbon. Let's take a first look at it. We've got a blank Cherry Tree document ready to use. We have a navigation pane at the left and an information pane at the right. Before we start to use Cherry Tree, it's useful to think about the structure of our document. Let's build this document as a set of exploit pages, which we'll structure in folders with the top level being the lab, which runs the exploit target. We'll add three entries. The first is our own lab that we're building, which we'll just call lab. To create a folder for this, we click on the left hand icon to add a node, and we'll call it Lab. And we'll take the…
