Were you able to recreate some of the workflow from a screenshot? Here's how to do it. First is the easy part. Write down the statuses and see if there are any that need to be created in your Jira application. Next, we need to analyze each step to see what we can learn. I'll use the waiting for support status as an example. You can tell the waiting for support status is in the in-progress category because of its color. In cloud, in progress statuses are light blue, and in server and data center, they are bright blue. You can tell waiting for support is the initial status because of the circle above it. The circle represents the create action, and there's only one of those in a workflow. I'll check off each setting as I consider it so I can track what's left to analyze.
