There are a fair number of business reports that JIRA makes available to all projects. Again, there are a bit too many to cover each in detail, but we'll take a look at a few useful ones. Let's select our business project for our store's grand opening. And let's navigate to the Reports option. Currently in JIRA Cloud, we have seven available reports for a project management project. All of these are available on other types of software projects as well. If we select the Average Age report, we have a number of selections we can make before the chart is rendered, and this is typical of all these business reports that aren't software development specific. We can even choose to use a saved filter here rather than just all issues in this project. We'll take the defaults here and select Next. This of course is not a very interesting report yet, because we just a moment ago created the first issues in this project. But on the vertical axis, we'd have the average age of unresolved issues.
