Customizing boards
Let's get back to our Coffee Shop projects as we learn where and how to customize the active boards of projects. The customization options we'll see are available for most project types, including team-managed projects. Here we are back in Jira Cloud, and let's go to our Coffee Shop app's Boards settings. We have a sidebar to the left here that gives us a number of types of board customization, and we're currently on the Details screen. Let's go to the Columns layout by twisting open Layout and then choosing Columns. This screen allows us fundamental control of the columns of our board and which statuses map to which columns. You can always add additional columns to your board here, drag and drop the statuses to control which statuses a particular column reflects, rename, or remove statuses.
